Office of Small Business Programs

Welcome to the DTRA Office of Small Business Programs.

This office is responsible for all aspects of the DTRA Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization Programs. We are the advocates for small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, historically black colleges and universities and minority institutions, Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZones) firms, and firms owned by service-disabled veterans. Our Mission is to provide guidance and technical assistance to advance the growth and development of small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, and all of the other firms and entities of interest. We seek to assist such organizations in ways that can help them to grow into prosperous, competitive businesses.

We welcome the opportunity to assist the small business community in pursuing DTRA procurement opportunities.

The staff regularly meets with businesses interested in doing business with DTRA.
