Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Office (DEI)

Mission: Create and sustain an inclusive work environment that aligns with the DTRA mission.

Program Overview: The DEI office proactively addresses workplace issues, disputes, process EEO complaints, advises and assists the Agency’s Director, Senior Leaders, Managers and Employees in carrying out Agency responsibilities as they relate to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; along with Enforcement, Guidance’s, Executive Orders, DoD Instructions, and Directives. The DEI office is responsible for the following program activities:

DTRA provides cross-cutting solutions to enable the Department of Defense, the United States Government, and international partners to deter strategic attack against the United States and its allies; prevent, reduce, and counter WMD and emerging threats; and prevail against WMD-armed adversaries in crisis and conflict.
