DTRA EUROPE

DTRA Europe is located at Kleber Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany.

Your sponsor or someone from Human Resources will coordinate all transportation from the airport to lodging and the DTRA Europe offices. Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Air Force Service members are to report immediately to the DTRA Europe Human Resources (J1) Office to begin their in-processing procedures. Army members will then begin their Service specific in-processing at Kleber Kaserne; Marine Corps members will complete in-processing via MARFOREUR at Stuttgart; and Air Force Service members will proceed to Ramstein Air Base for their Service specific in-processing requirements.

NOTE:Civilian employees assigned to DTRA Europe will in-process through the Human Resources Directorate (J1), National Capital Region, Ft. Belvoir, Va., before departing to DTRA Europe. Upon arrival in theater, you should check in with J1 for additional items to be issued, including ration cards, passports, etc.
