The Office of the Chief Ordnance and Chemical Service and the Installation Management Command, in partnership with international stakeholders including the International Police, the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and the United States Army, participated in a simulation exercise with the Philippine Army to enhance its capability to respond to Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) threats.

The U.S. Government, through the United States Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), in coordination with the Department of State Bureau of Arms Control and Nonproliferation (DoS ACN), supported security professionals in Africa through the delivery of the International Counterproliferation Program (ICP) Terrorism and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Workshop in Tunis, Tunisia from July 21-25, 2025.

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency contributed utilized modeling and simulation to determine the impact of the GBU-57 on hardened and deeply buried targets to ensure a successful outcome for Operation Midnight Hammer.
