PLANS AND EXERCISES DEPARTMENT
The Plans & Exercises Department provides mission-focused Counter Threat Network, Counter WMD and emerging threat expertise in planning, exercises, doctrine, strategy, and opportunity analysis to the Agency, Combatant Commands and other DoD components in cooperation with Interagency and International Partners.

The Strategic Trends and Effects Department (STED) provides Insights into effects DTRA may be able to generate against emerging threats. STED is also assessing the collective effects of DTRA's Operations, Activities and Investments within the operating environment.

COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT
The Comptroller Department is providing strategic resourcing of OAIs to meet the demand signals of the warfighter within a dynamic fiscal and emerging threat environment.
