COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT
Provide the critical link between DTRA programs and financial resources in direct support of mission activities
- Provide the financial Systems, tools, processes, and expertise to execute DTRA's $2B annual Portfolio.
- Equip decision maker with fact-based financial information to support strategic resourcing that accomplishes the Agency's mission and supports the National Defense Strategy.
- Guide stewardship of taxpayer dollars by achieving financial transparency and audit readiness, remediation, and sustainment goals.
INFORMATION RESILIENCE OFFICE
Present positive DTRA messages to compete with false adversary narratives in the information environment, promulgate truth, and demonstrate transparency
- Protect the Agency, its programs, people, and infrastructure from the threat of foreign malign influence.
- Emphasize positive, transparent, and factual messaging as central to all DTRA missions and a reliable alternative to false narratives that exist in the information environment.
- Develop and guide strategies for Agency personnel to execute the Agency’s missions in an increasingly complex and hostile foreign information environment.
PLANS AND EXERCISES DEPARTMENT
Provide regional and global planning/exercise support to maximize strategic alignment of DTRA Combat Support Agency and Defense Agency capabilities
- Enable CCMDs with adaptive planning and exercise support to counter and deter WMD threats.
- Enable the Agency's campaigning approach to synchronize operations, activities, and investments against our most pressing challenges through risk and gap analysis.
- Provide CWMD training and education to both US and Partner organizations.
STRATEGIC TRENDS OFFICE
- Anticipate emerging WMD and disruptive technology threats and provide actionable insights that achieve the Agency’s goals and meet national defense priorities
- Sponsor strategic research and international dialogues relevant to the Agency and the warfighter to produce actionable recommendations for senior leaders
- Enable and guide understanding of the range of military operations in an era of strategic competition through research, analysis, exercises, workshops, and forums exploring emerging threats.
- Analyze national and DoD strategic guidance and policy to inform the Agency’s priorities, planning, and resource decisions.
