Overview: The EO office proactively addresses workplace issues, mitigates disputes, processes EEO complaints, and advises the Agency’s Director, senior leaders, managers and employees in executing responsibilities in accordance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, including enforcement, guidance, Executive Orders, DoD Instructions, and Directives.
