The U.S./UK Mutual Defense Agreement Stocktake Meeting

The U.S./UK Mutual Defense Agreement Stocktake Meeting was held on May 24, 2022 at Naval Base Kitsap in Bangor, Washington. Leaders from the Department of Energy, Department of Defense and the UK Ministry of Defense attended. The U.S/UK Mutual Defense Agreement is a bilateral treaty between the United States and the United Kingdom on nuclear weapons co-operation.   The collaborative partnership allows the US and the UK to exchange nuclear materials, technology and information.
