Dr. Rhys Williams, Executive Director of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is welcomed by Mr. Gerald Mauer, Director of CAPSTONE at NDU. Dr. Williams briefed CAPSTONE Class 22-4 about the overall mission and global footprint of DTRA. The CAPSTONE curriculum examines major issues affecting national security decision making, military strategy, joint/combined doctrine, interoperability, and key allied nation issues.
