Status: DELAYED ARRIVAL on 28 JAN 2026 to all non-emergency personnel
DTRA is authorizing DELAYED ARRIVAL for non-emergency personnel in the NCR due road conditions with option for UNSCHEDULED TELEWORK. Personnel reporting in person must report no later than 1 hour past their normal duty time.
Personnel wishing to telework must inform their supervisor and begin at their normal duty time.
Military and civilian personnel also have the option to take UNSCHEDULED LEAVE.
Designated emergency personnel are expected to report to work on-time or as otherwise directed by their supervisor.
Contractor personnel should follow the terms of their contract and their company procedures for emergency situations.

Instructions for all Government personnel:
- Civilian and military personnel may report for duty in accordance with the authorized delay times. Civilian personnel who report for duty in accordance with the authorized delay times will be au-thorized WEATHER AND SAFETY LEAVE (DAI code “LN” and EHO code “PS”) for that period.
- Civilian and military personnel who are authorized UNSCHEDULED TW must begin work on time and TW for the entire workday or request UNSCHEDULED LEAVE.
- All personnel on pre-approved leave will be charged leave for the entire workday.
