A facility where the public can come to view and copy, or have copied, records described in the DoD Regulation 5400.7-R, will be made available upon request. To schedule an appointment please call the FOIA office at (703)767-1792.

All documents are maintained in Adobe PDF format and may contain redactions. Unredacted copies of reading room documents are no longer available. A separate FOIA request will be required for any redacted portions.
