Program Overview: The EO office proactively addresses workplace issues, disputes, process EEO complaints, advises and assists the Agency’s Director, Senior Leaders, Managers and Employees in carrying out Agency responsibilities as they relate to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; along with Enforcement, Guidance’s, Executive Orders, DoD Instructions, and Directives.
