In-processing procedures require all new employees and Service members to complete Cyber Security Awareness and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) training courses prior to your first day. You can complete the training online using your personal computer.
Upon completion of each training course, print two copies of the completion certificate to bring with you on your first day. If you are unable to provide the certificates on your first day, you will be required to retake the training which will delay your in-processing and ability to obtain a badge/access card.
Note: If you experience a challenge in printing the certificates, you may capture a screen shot of the completion certificate and print the screen shot. Remember, without the printed certificate or screen shot of the certificate, you will be unable to advance with the in-processing activities.
